An experienced legal finance specialist and formerly Finance Director at three SME law firms, Richard joined Baskerville Drummond in 2019. He has helped grow the consultancy to be one of the leading providers of independent strategic advice to UK law firms.

Richard has assisted many firms in undertaking strategic reviews and partner strategy days, partner reward schemes, staff bonus schemes and producing simplified and more useful Management Information packs. In addition, he has seen firms through LLP conversion and mergers, both as the senior and junior partner.  He is also a retained part-time and/or Virtual Finance Director for law firms.

Richard is particularly known for his ability to explain complex financial issues to non-finance people and his approachable and engaging style.
