Priscilla Sinder
Managing director

Priscilla Sinder is the founder of Property Conveyancing Consultancy (‘PCC’), an outsourcing company that handles quote conversion, onboarding, title check reports and the post-completion process with a significantly higher standard of customer care than is usual in the legal sector. It is the first company of its kind in the UK. PCC enables the lawyers to focus on the legal issues while outsourcing the admin tasks that are so often treated as a low priority.

Priscilla also provides consultancy services to the conveyancing industry, analysing business efficiencies and implementing better systems and procedures.

Prior to establishing her business, she practised for ten years as a property solicitor, in-house and in private practice. As a partner in a niche law firm, she was the driving force behind its spectacular revenue growth, based on business development and excellent client care.
