Jo joined VWV in 1996, qualifying as a solicitor in 2002. In 2009 she moved to a role as a business development manager running the VWV Connect2Law network. This later became the VWV approach network (in 2014), which Jo continues to manage.
Having started her working life in a small firm before VWV and being married to a sole practitioner, she is well aware of the issues that small firms face and is committed to supporting those firms.
