He works closely with Jim Jack and the Travelers in-house team of 20 solicitors.

James' expertise is focused on identifying where the risks are greatest in the legal sector, understanding how to minimise these risks, and ensuring that Travelers PI insurance products provide comprehensive solutions in a competitive market. James joined the insurance market in 2003 and has more than 15 years experience in tailoring value propositions to law firms.

His full job title is Deputy Product Manager for Professional Indemnity.
