A Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and a Law Society accredited Lexcel Consultant, Catherine has worked both within law firms and as a consultant to them. With an MBA in Legal Practice from Nottingham Law School (the only MBA in the UK designed specifically for the management of law firms), she combines academic knowledge with practical experience to provide pragmatic support to law firms.
Catherine’s experience over more years than she’d care to remember includes a wide range of general practice management but more specifically Lexcel, H.R and risk & compliance. She has worked with law firms large and small, and in-house for a global corporate name helping it achieve one of the few in-house Lexcel accreditations.
