Neil's background is in banking. He worked his way up the ranks in Lombard, the asset finance arm of RBS, where he became Head of Sales Development.

He was recruited as FBC Manby Bowdler's Sales Director in 2015 and became Managing Director in 2020.

Neil has focused on developing the firm’s sales infrastructure, supporting the achievement of the firm’s overall business plan objectives and growth strategy.

As MD and a member of the Firm’s Executive Board, his aim is to provide an overall stellar customer experience.
