Glyn arrived at Higgs & Son in 2006 as finance director and was made the first non-lawyer partner there in 2014, the same year that he was shortlisted for UK FD of the Year in the Growing Business category of the Business Finance Awards. Previously he had been financial controller at Wragge & Co.

Since completing a joint Knowledge Transfer Project with Aston Business School to deliver innovative cultural and operational change in a professional services environment, Glyn has picked up a string of awards and has presented to legal audiences at the highest level in the UK and across the US. He even appeared on the front cover of the American Bar Association magazine.

His experience includes the implementation of two different large scale practice management systems into two different law firms. Glyn subsequently presented on this implementation to a user conference in Florida.
