Bill is the joint founder of Pro-tem Executive Connect and an advocate of outsourcing in general.

After many years in business management with strong commercial companies, he entered the legal market over 25 years ago. This was first as the sales and marketing director of Axxia (sold to LexisNexis in 2008).

Bill's consultancy was founded 15 years ago and advises the management of law firms in business strategy and management, business development strategy and marketing, IT and management strategy and planning.

In recent years he has undertaken non-exec director roles with a number of law firms and commercial businesses.
