Andrew is a well-known adviser to law firms. He works with firm leaders on issues of vision, strategy, growth, profit enhancement, performance improvement, merger and change management. In addition to project work and retained advisory roles, he is much sought after as a strategy group guide, partner retreat speaker, workshop facilitator and moderator.

He is a keynote conference speaker and has authored three books: Developing Strategic Client Relationships (2008), Client Strategy in a Changing Legal Market (2011) and The Law Firm Merger: A Leader's Guide to Strategy & Realisation (2014).

Andrew is the Course Director of the Cambridge Marketing College Diploma in Professional Services Marketing, the only CIM-accredited qualification for those in the professional services sector.
