Emma is in the Russell-Cooke corporate team. She is responsible for setting the strategy behind the firm’s offering to its business clients, including setting up and heading a new division to provide services online to those clients.
Emma continues to act for clients on a wide range of corporate transactions. She advises on - and negotiates - mergers, acquisitions, disposals and corporate finance generally, for businesses of all sizes.
