Head of business development

Jo joined Thrings Solicitors as Head of Business Development in 2024.

Having started her working life in a small firm before moving to VWV in 1996, she qualified as a solicitor in 2002. In 2009 she moved to a role as a business development manager running the VWV Connect2Law network. This later became the VWV approach network (in 2014), which Jo continued to manage as a partner in the firm.

Between VWV and Thrings she worked in her husband's sole practitioner practice, supporting him with compliance, practice management, marketing and business development. She is well aware of the issues that small firms face and is committed to supporting those firms.
