Mary is an experienced marketeer who has been assisting professional services firms to raise their profiles and grow their businesses since the late 1980s.

Initially working with consulting networks The CharterGroup Partnership (accountants) and LawGroup UK (law firms), she moved in-house within the legal profession in 2002 as the first business development director of Buckles Solicitors.

She was BD Director at the firm that is now Ashtons Legal from 2015 to 2020, when she switched to a consultant role at the firm.
