Luan is an independent marketing practitioner, with 15 years' experience in business-to-business marketing across agency, client-side and consultancy roles. She offers an outsourced marketing resource and her principle expertise lies in social media and direct marketing. As well as working with law firms and other professional practices, Luan has worked with a wide range of blue-chip clients including the Royal Mail, Hilton and the University of Cambridge.
She is passionate about best practice and knowledge sharing and is the author of Relax! It's Only Social Media.
